What is Steel Construction Building?

It is a steel structure system with wide spans and heights, where all carrier systems are made of steel, and is
preferred especially in earthquake-prone geographical regions, mostly used in steel construction factory buildings,
steel construction hangars, steel construction sports facilities, steel construction warehouses and steel construction workshops.

The majority of urbanization in our country is concentrated in the 1st and 2nd degree earthquake zones.
Compared to this, the preference for steel construction building systems was quite low in the past. Steel structures have superior mechanical properties, static capabilities and ease of application compared to other load-bearing systems. Steel construction is a steel structure system that is rapidly becoming widespread because it is fast, safe and economical and has certain standards.
Differences Between Steel Construction House and Prefabricated House

The increase in housing demand in recent years has increased housing prices considerably.
Housing prices have reached balloon prices well above their original values. However, the prices
have not yet been brought down to normal levels by the house sellers, or they do not want to do so.

Of course, citizens with limited budgets have sought other means. Other building types commonly
used in other countries have now attracted our attention. Although they are called by different names,
their basic features are that they bring with them a number of advantages such as fast production,
self-contained, safe and price advantage.

They are called prefabricated houses, steel houses or ready-made houses. While they have similarities, they also have differences.

Steel construction houses have steel columns and beams. In these houses, which have steel bearing parts,
various materials such as concrete and steel can be used as walls. Steel houses are mostly not moved
from where they are built. There is no floor limitation in steel houses, they can be built with as many
floors as desired, and even the tallest buildings in the world were built with steel construction.

In prefabricated houses, there is no separate carrier material. Walls act as carriers. Walls can be made of
sheet metal, plastic or other materials. They are usually built as 1 or 2 floors. They are not suitable for having many floors.

Both building types are constructed much faster than reinforced concrete buildings.
They are more resistant to earthquakes. Both of them have more affordable prices than reinforced concrete buildings.
